We combine flexible affordability criteria with flexible repayment solutions. Our flexible affordability criteria is not based on salary multiples, meaning you may be able to borrow more.

We are always open to discuss bespoke solutions that do not fit into our standard offering, including Open Market mortgages, Interest Only and Buy-to-Let mortgages.
