The Bank is committed to supporting members of personnel with training and professional study relevant to their positions.
Staff members studying for professional qualifications receive both financial and practical support from the Bank. Support can also be provided from the large number of staff who have already gained professional qualifications with the Bank, and who are able to offer practical advice and support if required.
Study Leave is normally granted, subject to agreement with your line manager and to operational requirements, together with exam revision days and of course, time off to sit exams.
Additionally, various types of in-house training are provided to all members of personnel, including anti-money laundering, time management skills, appraisal and objective setting, business development workshops, customer service excellence, communication skills, client care and selling skills.
